Christmas Pageant

Reese had her last day of school for 2007 today. All of the children sang Christmas songs for the parents. Reese and her friends just stared blankly around the room. They all know the songs and sing them at home, no performance from them though. With school completed until January, we will be gearing up for Santa's arrival next week. She can hardly wait!

School has taught her well...when she receives a gift she immediately says "It's my favorite!"

Here's a lovely face she made for me while I tried to have patience getting the perfect picture for our Christmas cards. 2 year olds can be such a challenge.

It's a boy!

We are so thrilled we found out today that we are having a little boy! Our house definitely needs the balance of a boy and a girl. Ms. Reese's baby dolls and pink toys are getting out of control. Not to mention, we need someone to tone down all the estrogen. We look forward to meeting him in May.

At our sonogram today, he was very active punching and kicking! I better get ready for some internal bruising.

Reese is very happy the baby is a boy. She has been telling me all along that it was "a baby Cody." Cody is one of her best friends little brothers. Her dreams will be fulfilled.
